Use this web form to submit a meter reading for your account.

Please note the following when submitting your reading.

In order for a reading to be used, you should submit the reading no later than four days after the due date on your most recent bill.

bullet

If you submit a reading on the months we are regularly scheduled to read your meter, we will use the reading obtained by our meter reader.

bullet

Commercial and industrial customers should not use this form to submit their meter readings.

bullet

Do not use this form if you are disputing a bill or a high estimate.  This should be sent through our Customer Service Inquiry Form, or contact our Customer Service Department for billing questions or concerns
