Edison Sault Electric announces that the results of a recent Customer Survey revealed a 91% favorable or very favorable approval rating. Comparable national data indicates that on average the favorable ratings for electric companies are in the area of 76%. The independent survey was conducted by the Center for Social Research at Lake Superior State University.

To better understand how they viewed Edison Sault, customers were asked to rate a list of characteristics according to how well each represented the company. The terms that customers most frequently associated with Edison Sault were "dependable" and "responsive". Survey respondents were also asked to write any comments concerning Edison Sault. These comments contained a wide range of views from very positive statements to specific complaints. Edison Sault reviews all comments and, where appropriate, acts upon them.

As an incentive to return their questionnaires, the survey letter explained that Edison Sault would donate one dollar to the individual’s selected charity for a completed questionnaire. The following donations will be made accordingly:
