Robert J. Malaski to the position of Director – Accounting, effective April 28, 1999. Mr. Malaski joined the Edison Sault in June of 1994 and has held positions in the Company of Staff Accountant and Assistant Controller. Bob graduated from Lake Superior State College in 1979 with a BS in Business Administration – Accounting. He received his Masters of Business Administration Degree from Lake Superior State University in 1997. Mr. Malaski and his wife, Annette, have five children: Brandon, Brent, Alex, Rebecca, and Monica and live in Rudyard. Edison Sault’s Board of Directors also appointed Charles (Chuck) M. Zane to the position of Director – Systems. Chuck is an alumnus of Michigan Technological University and Lake Superior State University Ernest H. Maas to the position of Vice President - Operations, effective May 6, 1997. Mr. Maas is a 1978 graduate of Lake Superior State University with a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology. He joined Edison Sault Electric in 1984. Mr. Maas has held many positions with Edison Sault, with the most recent Assistant Vice President - Engineering, to which he was appointed by the Board in May 1996. He is married to the former Michelle Holt, and they have three children, Ryan, Adam, and Amanda. *** end ***
