Edison Sault Announces New Customer Billing

Edison Sault announced today that they will be putting into service new software allowing for the modernization of all customer bills.  Beginning with each customer’s April bill, the new format will abandon the traditional post card billing in favor of a paper bill enclosed in an envelope, also included will be a return envelope.

Along with the discretion offered by an envelope, the new bills will provide customers a clearer, more detailed statement than was possible before.  In the future, the upgraded customer service software and enhanced billing system will allow a number of potential programs and conveniences aimed at improving the entire customer experience.

As new programs and enhancements become available, all customers will be notified within their monthly billing statement.  Customers with questions or concerns are encouraged to contact the Customer Service Department toll free at (877) 254-8233 or via email at customerserv@edisonsault.com.
