Edison Sault Electric Company (Edison Sault) is pleased to announce personnel changes in its Manistique Division, effective January 9, 2006.

Rodney J. Weber will retire as Manistique Division Manager with 39 years of service with Edison Sault.  Weber began his career in 1967 as a Groundman, moving on to Class C Lineman in 1968, Class B Lineman in 1969, Class A Lineman in 1970, and Line Foreman in 1985.  Weber served the company as Manistique Division Manager from 1988 until his retirement date of March 1, 2006.  Weber and his wife, Gayle, have three children and two grandchildren and reside in Manistique.
Jonathan M. Mackie was awarded the position of Manistique Division Manager.  Mackie graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Lake Superior State University and graduated from Alpena Community College ’s Utility Technician Program.  Mackie worked for Henkels & McCoy in Chicago as a Journeyman Lineman before being hired by Edison Sault in 1997 as Manistique Distribution Supervisor.  He and his wife, Val, have two children and reside in Manistique.
James A. Tennyson was awarded the position of Manistique Distribution Supervisor.  Tennyson completed his Journeyman Lineman training and was hired at Edison Sault in 1976 as Class A Lineman.  His career included the position of Diesel Operator from 1977 – 1985, reassuming his Class A Lineman position in 1985.  Tennyson served as Line Foreman from 1988 until his appointment as Distribution Supervisor in January.  Tennyson has one son and resides with his wife, Jane, in Manistique.
