Our paid advertisement in recent papers for this Notice of Hearing deals with being allowed to spread the costs of any litigation associated with the three Power Supply Cost Recovery dockets currently before the MPSC. By allowing this deferral, Edison Sault Electric would be allowed to write these costs (currently standing at over $100,000) off over a number of years instead of having to take these charges within a one year period of time.
