This area of our web site is devoted to serving our customers.  We have included information on such things as electric rates, billing procedures, commonly asked questions, alternate places to make payments, and even the capability to submit questions & requests right here on the web.  If there's something we've missed or you would like to see added, please feel free to send an e-mail to our customer service department.

Our new My Account page gives you online access to your electrical account (such as being able to see your account balance, date of last payment, and review your account history).  We will also be exploring such things as online surveys and automated payment services.  Feel free to visit as often as you wish to stay up-to-date on any changes.

Our Customer Service staff has been trained to answer your questions and complete your requests with one call. It is our goal to ensure each representative is skilled in handling all types of customer requests. Thus, you will only have to explain your problem or question once, to one person, except for extreme situations, your matter will be resolved by the end of the telephone conversation.

The following list of helpful hints will assure the prompt handling and proper processing of your request:

When making payments, always include the right-hand portion, or stub. This stub contains a bar-coded identifier which directly links your payment to your account to assure proper and timely posting of your payments.

When requesting change of name or mailing address, have your account number and social security number handy, as our representatives will confirm this information before making any changes to your account information.

When mailing in written requests for changes of service or to request assistance with a billing question or problem, always include your account number. Do not mail your request with your monthly payment. Mail your request in a separate envelope with "ATTN: Customer Service" clearly marked on the front.
