address (where your monthly bills are mailed) of your account. |
 | The change address option will only change the mailing address of the bill, you
cannot use this form if you are moving and need to set up a new electric account and
discontinue an old electric account. You must contact our Customer Service Department to
set up new electric accounts. |
 | In the case of a lost or missing payment which has cleared through your bank
account but was not recorded on your electric account, we will need you to
provide a copy
of the check from your bank, the date the check cleared, and where the payment was made
(if paid at one of our designated pay stations). |
